1) When will I receive my order?

Upon your order being placed, it should take no more than 1 week to process your payment. After processing, there is an estimated 15-30 day shipping time from our fulfillment center to your address. Confirmation and tracking emails are also sent to the email address associated with the order so as to keep you updated on delivery status. 

Under very rare circumstances, these estimates may be influenced by any warehouse fulfillment issues, upcoming holiday seasons, or your address should any issues arise in shipping.

2) When will I receive my tracking number?

A confirmation email is immediately sent to the email address used at the time of the order. 

Once our fulfillment center provides a tracking number, a tracking email is also sent to that email address along with a webpage link to check your delivery's status.

It takes approximately 5-12 business days for tracking information to become available. 

In the event you do not receive a tracking email, please utilize the "Contact Us" link on our homepage or send an email to along with the contact information used at the time of purchase. 

3) How can I track my order?

Our tracking email will include the tracking number of your delivery along with the webpage link in which you may enter said number to receive update on the status of your order.

4) How do I cancel my order?

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, it is imperative that you email along with the relevant contact information within 12 hours of your order confirmation. Confirmation requests made beyond the 12 hour frame cannot be honored.

5) How can I request a refund or return?

If you wish to request a refund or return, we ask that you mail your delivery contents at your expense to our warehouse address where, upon its arrival, we can make relevant tests to ensure that a refund is warranted.

Please see to it that such requests are made within 5 days of arrival of your delivery. Any requests made beyond that time frame can only be honored on a per case basis.

All approved refunds and returns will have payment reversed promptly after approval.
